Placing an order
All of our products can be purchased securely online. Select the item and the quantity required and add to your basket. When you place an order, you will receive an invoice/order confirmation via email. We will then send you instructions on transferring your artwork or design brief to us.
If you prefer to order by telephone, please call us between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday on 01403 274 306 or email sales@aliengraphics.co.uk and we will contact you.
Proof
We will tell you how to send your artwork without complicated jargon. We care about getting it right. If you need help with design and layout our studio can help, be it a simple artwork or a full design from scratch, (see artwork page). We will email you a proof showing the colours, text and layout. We must have an email approval form returned before work can commence.
Production
Most orders are completed in 4-5 working days. If you have a specific deadline please tell us when placing the order. We do not Surcharge for urgent orders.
Colours.
Different computer monitors show colours differently depending on screen resolution and settings. As a result we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between screen colours and the printed product.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds
As our products are bespoke and made to order we are unable to offer refunds on our printed materials.
We can offer a refund on non-printed items if they are found to be defective, but they must be accompanied by a receipt, and returned within 5 working days.
Returns
In the event of an item being printed incorrectly we will collect and replace it for you.
We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or changes to your artwork once you have approved the proof.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancelled order we will charge a 20% administration fee.
We cannot start your order until payment in full has been made. |
